MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
Each backdrop is a frameless work of art, so it is essential to follow these care recommendations to ensure its longevity and durability:
Always roll with the painted side facing inward-never in reverse. This prevents damage to the surface.
Use clips to secure the backdrop to a support stand, ensuring stability during use.
When not in use, keep the backdrop rolled up in its protective tube.
Before using it again, unroll and let it return to its natural shape.
Never fold the backdrop, as this may cause permanent creases.
If stains occur, gently clean with a slightly damp cloth, applying it only to the affected area.
By following these guidelines, you’ll ensure your photography backdrop remains in perfect condition for all your creative projects.
PACKAGE INFORMATION
Each photography backdrop is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Wrapping:
The backdrop is rolled inside a 5 cm diameter PVC tube.
The entire set is contained within a durable PVC tube.
Maximum length: 303cm
Diameter: Between 9cm and 12cm
Weight: Between 5kg and 15kg
For Backdrop/F, the wrapping may be a tube or custom packaging, depending on the size of the backdrop.
This protective packaging ensures the integrity of the product, even for long-distance shipments.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once the order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 days.
During the creation of the photography backdrop, we will send progress images to the client for review and approval.
Not included in the initial price. A cost estimate will be provided, and the exact amount will be added to the invoice once the backdrop is completed.
We will provide the client with all necessary information, including tracking numbers. Constant communication will be maintained until the order reaches its final destination safely.
